For bugs, please include what you were doing, what happened, and the game PIN if it is something we can look at. Screenshots help.
Common questions
If you signed in with an email when you created the game, log in and your past games appear on the home page at scoremy.games. If you played as a guest and lost the PIN, we cannot recover it because the PIN is the identity of the game.
Inside the iOS app, go to Settings and tap Delete Account. On the web, sign in and visit your account page, or just email us and we will handle it.
The watch polls the server every few seconds. If the iPad or phone keeping score has tapped a wrong rally, undo on either device propagates to the watch. If the watch and the iPad disagree by more than a few seconds, try force quitting the watch app and reconnecting with the same pair code.
Not yet through the UI. Email us and we can send you a CSV of any game you played.
On iOS, open the app and pull to refresh the home screen, or sign out and back in. Apple sometimes takes a minute to confirm the purchase with us. If it has been more than 10 minutes, email us with the date and time of purchase and we will investigate.
