Side by Side or Stacked
Pickleball, volleyball and badminton scoreboards can show the teams side by side or stacked, chosen on each device. Side by side is now the default on phones too; stacked puts your end of the court at the bottom, and Flip Ends covers the other end.
Volleyball and Badminton Follow Swap Side
Volleyball and badminton scoring and TV pages now put the scorekeeper's team on the side set with Swap Side, the same as pickleball.

Set Up Each Game From Your Wrist
Before the first rally, the On Court watch view swaps the game number for two buttons: Swap Side to match the big scoreboard to the end you are on, and Swap Serve to pick who serves first. No trip to the admin page between games.
One-Tap Swap Server
On volleyball and badminton, the On Court watch view has a Swap Server button above Undo Last that hands the serve to the other team at any score.
Bigger Courtside Text
The PIN and game number, the Tap Rally Winner prompt and the team names on the Courtside watch view are larger and easier to read mid-game.
Score Only on the Watch
When Track Serve is off for a volleyball or badminton game, the watch also hides Swap Server and Set Server, so there is nothing serve-related left to tap.

Serve Shows From the First Point
New volleyball and badminton games start with the first team serving, so the green serving highlight is there from 0-0 instead of appearing after the first rally.
Score Only for Volleyball and Badminton
Tap the pencil on the scoring screen and turn off Track Serve to show just the score, with no serving highlight on the app, the big board or the watch. Any device watching the game can switch it, not just the scorer.
Score-Only Scoreboards
When a volleyball or badminton game has Track Serve turned off, the TV view and scoring pages show the score only and hide Change serve.
Bigger Scores on iPad
Scores on the iPad scoring screen now size themselves to fill the screen, so they read from across the court.
Serving Is Always Green
The serving team is now the same green on the scoring screen, the full-screen board and the Apple Watch.
Full Screen Button
The big-board button is now a clear Full Screen button at the top of every volleyball, badminton, pickleball and team game.
Full-Screen Scores Stay Big
Fixed a score on the full-screen board shrinking to a tiny number at scores like 20.
A White Line Between the Scores
A white line now always separates the two teams, so the scores stay easy to tell apart when neither side is highlighted.
The App Remembers Your PIN
The last PIN you joined is filled in for an hour, so getting back into a game is one tap on Join Game.
Bolder iPad Menu
On iPad the bottom menu is larger, with the icon beside each label and the current screen clearly marked.
Simpler Bottom Menu
The New tab is gone from the bottom menu, since Start New Game on Home already covers every game.
Offline Tip on iPad
When an iPad has no connection, Home explains how to get the live scoreboard back: join Wi-Fi or tether to your phone.

On Court Watch View
A new Apple Watch layout for when you are playing rather than watching from the sideline. Your side sits at the bottom, the other team at the top, and the serve arrow between them shows which way the next serve travels. Pick Courtside or On Court when you pair the watch, and switch any time from the watch admin page.
Set Server From Your Wrist
If the tracked serve drifts out of sync with what is actually happening on court, you can now set the serving side and server number straight from the watch instead of restarting the game.
Scoreboard Matches Your Court
Tell the watch which side of the court you are on and the big scoreboard mirrors to match, so it still reads correctly after teams change ends. Look for Display view on the watch admin page.
Easier Watch Pairing
Watch codes now use only the digits 1 to 6, so the keypad on your wrist has six large buttons instead of a cramped grid.
Stronger Taps When You Score
The watch now gives a firmer tap when you record a point, so you can feel it land mid-rally without looking.
Fixed: Adjusting Scores On The Watch
Correcting a score on the watch could silently discard your change. Adjust scores now uses simple plus and minus buttons and saves every press.
Real Scores In Your Game List
A match now lists each game with the final score for both teams and the winner highlighted, instead of only showing who led.

Match pages now show each game as a full score line with both teams and the winner highlighted, matching what you see in the app.
Scoreboard Follows The Court
When the scorekeeper sets which side they are on from their watch, the scoreboard swaps sides to match the court. Scores and serve are untouched, only the display order changes.
