What Pro gets you, how billing works, how to cancel.
Do I need Pro to use scoremy.games? +
No. The free tier is the full scoring experience — no signup required. Pro is for people who want a longer record of their games.
What does Pro get me? +
- Games are kept as long as you keep paying (no 30/90-day pruning).
- Attach notes and photos to each game.
- Public profile page showing off your seasons.
- Hide specific player names from your profile if you want.
How much is it? +
$20 USD / year (or $25 CAD / year), billed once a year through Stripe. About $1.67/month USD or $2.08/month CAD.
How do I upgrade? +
Sign in, visit /pro, pick your currency, tap Upgrade to Pro. Stripe Checkout handles the rest.
How do I cancel? +
From your profile, go to the Pro section and tap Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel. You stay Pro until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
What happens to my games if I cancel? +
Nothing immediately. You stay Pro through the end of the current paid period. After that, you drop back to the free-tier retention windows (30 days for complete games, 90 days for active games).
Do I need an account to play? +
No — you can play anonymously forever. You'd only sign in if you want a longer record or you're going Pro.
